In reading Jeremiah 35 there is a
lesson for all to partake of…
When God says to “drink the wine” and
your parent or parents say to do something else, or the “traditional church”
says to do something else… who will you obey?
Obey God, Please! Let go of your reputation, let go of your
upbringing in the religious environment, and run to Obey what the Lord is
saying to you, then Go.
In Jeremiah 35 the father had told
them NOT to drink wine, etc. So they
were obedient to their natural father to do just that. But they were so obedient to their natural
father, that when God sent His prophet to instruct them to “Drink the Wine”
that they ended up in rebellion to God.
Summary…. Obey God, Please! Do not let the traditions of man Hinder You
from receiving and drinking of God’s Wine, the True Word, the refreshing from
the Lord today in the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus.
Break out of the traditions of man,
and walk in the blessings of the Lord.
