Released from Prison

Sometimes getting out of your prison means to just walk out, or could say just stop doing what is causing the problem... then don't look back or return to the same behaviors and influences.  And when and if it is too tough a pull on you, cry out to the Lord and Thank Him for what He did on the Cross and Rose from the Grave for you.... Your Deliverance will manifest.  But DON'T go back to the behavior or circumstance He pulled you out of. 
 
Ask the Lord to increase the hunger in you for Him.   But you are going to have to make a choice of who you will serve Today...each day until that pull is destroyed by the Lord.  Leave the old life’s ways ... and don’t look back.  
 
This is why you could be having those flip flop moments, riding the fence balancing acts, one minute in then out again experiences..... a double minded person is unstable in all his ways (James 1:8). Ask of the Lord and Receive His Wisdom and His Righteousness will keep you in safety, IF you will follow and listen and obey Him.  We get ourselves in trouble by not doing what He is telling us to do in each day and moment. He’s directing us for our good and safety... So listen and understand and obey.
 
Ask for Wisdom, and Ask for the Understanding, and Ask for the Knowledge of Jesus Christ that your house may be built and anchored and filled with the Lord.
 
Make Jesus your choice Daily, and allow Him to wash you in His Presence, then the body of the sins of the flesh will fall away. 
 
Daily Washing and Nourishment from Him will make you Strong. 
 
Make Jesus the focus of every day, then the devil has no hold on you, and the body of sin will fall away.  Jesus has already destroyed the devil and the works of the devil (Hebrews 2:14-15 and 1 John 3:8-9), but until your mind knows that and is become real to you... well, you can’t walk in what you don’t know or understand.  So allow the Holy Spirit to wash you in the Word of Salvation which is the Spirit and Life of Jesus Christ.  Be the student and allow the teacher to teach you... provide time daily for Him to have your full attention. Nourish this relationship.... not the ones that are trying to steal, kill, and destroy you. Walk away from that.  There’s more that could be said here, but start with this, and the Lord will make himself known to you (John 14:20-23)
 
You don't have to keep trying to "decrease", but rather let your thoughts and meditation be on Christ Jesus, then as He reveals Himself to you more and more (increasing in you), the carnal nature and spirit will automatically decrease and cease from your existence.... Jesus Christ will and is circumcising your heart and the old is falling away and His Life is coming forth... Enter In To The Promise and Kingdom of God.
 
Isaiah 26:3-4 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee. Trust ye in the Lord for ever: for in the Lord Jehovah is everlasting strength:
 
Romans 8:6 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
