To all the kids in schools that do not allow prayer:
You know that Prayer is a word that
means communication with God. So just because the school doesn't allow
prayer doesn't mean you cannot communicate with God. They just don't want you
to pray out loud.
Your soul/heart can pray to God anytime
and anywhere and no one can stop that.
You know you don't have to pray to God
out loud or in groups. So PRAY. Go in to your prayer closest....
inward in the quiet place of your mind and talk with God.
God has you there in that place for a
reason and His purpose. So PRAY.
No one has to know that you are praying. Just pray for God's righteousness to shine forth. His will to be done in the situation. Ask Him to tell you what to do and then listen and do what He tells you.
Keep that private and secret line of communication open. Things will change for the better. Hang on.
He is your hope and victory in that situation and the hope and victory for others.... so PRAY. Let each other know what you have need of. Then give each other a nod and know that your prayer request has been heard.
There are so many ways to pray to our Father and for one another without doing it religiously or out loud. Prayer is communication of the heart/soul to the Father.
Matthew chapters 5-7 are Jesus' words
and worth reading. He gives guidelines on how to treat one another, etc.
Matthew 6:6 But thou, when thou
prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou has shut thy door, pray to thy
Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward
thee openly.
Part of the Armor of God in Ephesians 6
is Prayer.
Ephesians 6:18 says Praying always with
all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all
perseverance and supplication for all saints;...
So no matter where you are or what the
law of the land is You Can Pray to God the I AM.
