Genesis 3:16 is the curse God put on woman. Gen 3:16 Unto the woman he said, I will greatly
multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth
children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee.
This was the curse. And
those that are still trying to keep the woman or wife in bondage to this are in
error. This is the leaven that needs to
be removed.
So if we are not to be under the curse anymore, since Jesus
became the curse for us and took it out of the way (Galatians 3:10-14), then
how should a couple operate?
Respect and Love. Not
one “over” another mentality, because that never....never brings forth God’s
love. But rather desiring God’s best for each other. Take a look at those relationships where the
man is controlling over the woman.... abuse happens there. Hatred is there. But when the woman is fulfilling her calling
in the Lord, and the man is fulfilling his calling in the Lord, then the
relationship is filled with Love flowing from the Head who is Christ Jesus to
them both. Love flows not only through
the man to the woman, but also through the woman to the man. No one is being a fornicator. No one is being
less than what God has called them (or chosen) them to be. Thus you have thanksgiving to the Lord for
each other and love abounds!
Let love abound, and bless your relationship daily in Christ
Jesus. Walk in faith individually, yet
together also. No competition
allowed. Walk in Love, Harmony, Honor
and Respect towards one another. Seek
the Lord always and Pray for one another. Then your Relationship in the Lord will be
blessed and sweet.
If the man is good at guiding the family and providing, then
great! If the woman is better at it, then great! But let “them” seek the Lord and discuss and
communicate the strengths and common grounds, and decide the best way for their
family to operate, yet seeking the Lord always as the Head of their family.
Galatians 3:10-14 For
as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written,
Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the
book of the law to do them. V11 But that no man is justified by the law in the
sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. V12 And the law
is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them. V13 Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of
the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that
hangeth on a tree:...
Under Grace we see that in the beginning God made them male
and female. This was before God made a
woman out of man. And in these two
statements is a revelation to unlock in Christ Jesus. To be one flesh, one body even as Christ is
to the church.... well, to those that have ears to hear the Lord, may the
mystery be revealed by the Lord. His
Body is His Help mate. The Man was made
before the woman, yet the man was made by God, and so was the woman made by
God. Honor to God for making both. Yet
the woman was symbolic of the heavenly body the Lord created in the earth for
himself to work through. To those that have ears to hear and eyes to see the
mystery of God in this.
But now in Grace through Christ Jesus the man and woman that
are to walk together as one in Christ Jesus, there will be respect and
reverence towards the man, and respect with love towards the woman... for how
can you hate yourself? Two walk as one. And depending on your calling in the
Lord, He will direct your steps as you seek Him for instructions.
This is such a controversial topic, and I see how some
couples have struggled in this, but when you have one head over both man and
woman, you will succeed and peace will abound in love...when you both seek the
Lord’s will for both of you.
As for me, I respect and reverence the man God put me with.
But I don’t worship him. I don’t have to
go through my man to connect with the Lord. That curse is removed. When I was
single, Christ Jesus was my Head. Was I to put off Jesus as my Head once He had
me marry a man? Of course not. Understanding was needed and many today need
this message. I don’t have two heads:
man and Jesus Christ. That would make me a freak. I have one head who is Christ
Jesus. God called and chose me for the
ministry first, then put me with a compliment to the ministry and to be blessed
in the natural too... a man and husband who is also God’s minister. The Lord has taught me the right way to walk
and if I keep the Lord Jesus as my head, man will not cause me to error. Likewise if my man keeps the Lord Jesus as
his head, the woman will not cause him to error. We as one must seek the one Head who is our
Lord and Savior and lover of our souls...Jesus Christ God’s Son. I love and take care of my man, and he adores
me and takes care of me. When we have differences
arise, we communicate and work them out, while seeking the Lord and praying for
one another. We are in Christ Jesus and
He in us. Jesus Christ is our Head and
loves us and takes care of us. He has chosen
to join us together for His purpose and glory.
His approval is upon us. We are
His Blessing.
Let the family be free from the law of sin and death, and
the curse that goes with that! Even in
Genesis 3:17-19 is the curse that God put on the Adam:
V17 And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto
the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee,
saying Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow
shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;....read verses 18-19 too. It was going to be a struggle to provide for
the family with this curse.
But Now the Curse is removed. Believe the Blessings of God through His Son
Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ has been made
the curse for us, and removed it out of the way for us all... for those that
have received Him as their Saviour and Eternal Forgiveness. He is Head of Us. He is our King and Priest, and has made us
the same with Him....but we have a lot to learn. We are become His Body, His woman to work
through. Let the Lord Jesus Christ be
the Head of your family.
I thank the Lord, that all you do, with Christ Jesus as your
Head, be blessed and prosperous in the things of God, in heaven and earth. His will be done in earth, as in heaven. Thanksgiving to God our Father through His
Son, Amen.
Let Love of Christ Abound as the Head over all
families. Take care of one another. Seek God’s best for all members.
The Curse is removed.
The Blessings of Jesus Christ are Released to you...and abide in you!
