You don’t have to become a Jew to
be redeemed by the blood of the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ, and receive the
promises of the Father.
Circumcision is in the heart in
the spirit, by the Holy Spirit as He speaks the revelation of Jesus Christ in
your heart and mind.
Romans 2:25-29 For circumcision
verily profiteth, if thou keep the law: but if thou be a breaker of the law,
thy circumcision is made uncircumcision.
26 Therefore if the
uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision
be counted for circumcision?
27 And shall not uncircumcision
which is by nature, if it fulfil the law, judge thee, who by the letter and
circumcision dost transgress the law?
28 For he is not a Jew, which is
one outwardly; neither is that circumcision, which is outward in the flesh:
29 But he is a Jew, which is one
inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the spirit, and not in the
letter; whose praise is not of men, but of God.
Galatians 6:15
For in Christ Jesus neither
circumcision availeth anything, nor uncircumcision, but a new creature.
Ephesians 2:11-18 Wherefore
remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called
Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by
hands;
12 That at that time ye were
without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers
from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world:
13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who
sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ.
14 For he is our peace, who hath
made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us;
15 Having abolished in his flesh
the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make
in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;
16 And that he might reconcile
both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby:
17 And came and preached peace to
you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh.
18 For through him we both have
access by one Spirit unto the Father.
Philippians 3:3
For we are the circumcision,
which worship God in the spirit, and rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence
in the flesh.
Colossians 2:11-17 In whom also
ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the
body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:
12 Buried with him in baptism,
wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God,
who hath raised him from the dead.
13 And you, being dead in your
sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him,
having forgiven you all trespasses;
14 Blotting out the handwriting
of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of
the way, nailing it to his cross;
15 And having spoiled
principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them
in it.
16 Let no man therefore judge you
in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of
the sabbath days:
17 Which are a shadow of things
to come; but the body is of Christ.
2 Corinthians 5:14-19 For the
love of Christ constraineth us; because we thus judge, that if one died for
all, then were all dead:
15 And that he died for all, that
they which live should not henceforth live unto themselves, but unto him which
died for them, and rose again.
16 Wherefore henceforth know
we no man after the flesh: yea, though we have known Christ after the flesh,
yet now henceforth know we him no more.
17 Therefore if any man be in
Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all
things are become new.
18 And all things are of God,
who hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the
ministry of reconciliation;
19 To wit, that God was in
Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto
them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
So have no confidence in the
working of the flesh. And it isn’t about what nationality we are in the flesh.
Now we have Confidence in the
working of the Spirit of Life in Christ Jesus. He has justified us. So we walk
in faith of Jesus Christ, for in His flesh He destroyed sin, and destroyed the
one who sins who is that spirit the devil. (Hebrews 2:14; 1 John 3:8-9)
Colossians 3:11-15
Where there is neither Greek nor
Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ
is all, and in all.
12 Put on therefore, as the elect
of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind,
meekness, longsuffering;
13 Forbearing one another, and
forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ
forgave you, so also do ye.
14 And above all these things put
on charity, which is the bond of perfectness.
15 And let the peace of God rule
in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye
thankful.
Amen.
