Have you been weighed in God’s balance,
and found wanting? Out of balance? Not righteous enough for God?
Every one of us have been weighed
in God’s balance, and of ourselves have been found to be “wanting” “lacking” … “short
of being balanced in God.”
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned,
and come short of the glory of God;
So how can we be perfect and
balanced in God?
You can only be perfect in God
when the Perfect One Abides in You.
Jesus Christ, alone, fills your lack.
Jesus Christ, alone, can “balance” you in God’s scale of righteousness
and worthiness.
Jesus Christ makes us Perfect and
causes us to become the Righteousness of God.
The Lamb of God that takes away
the sin of the world. He, alone, is
worthy and can take away your unrighteousness and sin, and give you the Spirit
of the Son, who is holy and righteous in God’s eyes.
God’s Word is Spirit and
Life. It is He that washes us and
cleanses us in the blood of the Lamb, Jesus Christ. In Christ Jesus, alone, is our Redemption and
Reconciliation back to God our Father.
Romans 3:21-31 But now the
righteousness of God without the law is manifested, being witnessed by the law
and the prophets;
22 Even the righteousness of God
which is by faith of Jesus Christ unto all and upon all them that believe: for
there is no difference:
23 For all have sinned, and come
short of the glory of God;
24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in
Christ Jesus:
25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his
blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past,
through the forbearance of God;
26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might
be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus.
27 Where is boasting then? It is
excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by
the law of faith.
28 Therefore we conclude that a man
is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.
29 Is he the God of the Jews
only? is he not also of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also:
30 Seeing it is one God, which
shall justify the circumcision by faith, and uncircumcision through faith.
31 Do we then make void the law
through faith? God forbid: yea, we establish the law.
Romans 8:1-4 There is therefore
now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the
flesh, but after the Spirit.
2 For the law of the Spirit of
life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
3 For what the law could not do,
in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness
of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
4 That the righteousness of the
law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the
Spirit.
Romans 9:31-33 But Israel, which
followed after the law of righteousness, hath not attained to the law of
righteousness.
32 Wherefore? Because they sought
it not by faith, but as it were by the works of the law. For they stumbled at
that stumblingstone;
33 As it is written, Behold, I
lay in Sion a stumblingstone and rock of offence: and whosoever believeth on
him shall not be ashamed.
Romans 10:1-13 Brethren, my
heart's desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved.
2 For I bear them record that
they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge.
3 For they being ignorant of
God's righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have
not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
4 For Christ is the end of the
law for righteousness to every one that believeth.
5 For Moses describeth the
righteousness which is of the law, That the man which doeth those things shall
live by them.
6 But the righteousness which is
of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into
heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)
7 Or, Who shall descend into the
deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)
8 But what saith it? The word is
nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith,
which we preach;
9 That if thou shalt confess with
thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised
him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.
10 For with the heart man
believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
11 For the scripture saith,
Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed.
12 For there is no difference
between the Jew and the Greek: for the same Lord over all is rich unto all that
call upon him.
13 For whosoever shall call upon
the name of the Lord shall be saved.
There is such depth and
understanding of who Jesus Christ is.
The Power and Wisdom of God, for Us. So that In Him, the promises are yea, and
amen. In Christ Jesus, we are made the
righteousness of God.
2 Corinthians 5:17-21 Therefore
if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away;
behold, all things are become new.
18 And all things are of God, who
hath reconciled us to himself by Jesus Christ, and hath given to us the
ministry of reconciliation;
19 To wit, that God was in
Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto
them; and hath committed unto us the word of reconciliation.
20 Now then we are ambassadors
for Christ, as though God did beseech you by us: we pray you in Christ's stead,
be ye reconciled to God.
21 For he hath made him to be sin
for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.
No works of the flesh can make us
righteous in God’s eyes, for all souls fall short of this standard of
Glory. Only the Righteous Son Jesus
Christ… only this one Jew has God chosen to make us free from sin and
death. He, alone, do we honor as Lord
and Savior, King and Priest. He alone
makes us so perfect, holy, and righteous before God. We take on His Name, which is the Father’s
also, and are become One with Him, as Co-Heir of God in all things of the one
and only begotten Son of God.
That is Awesome! Such Honor and Worthiness is available for us
to Partake of with Jesus Christ.
1 Corinthians 1:26-31 For ye see
your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many
mighty, not many noble, are called:
27 But God hath chosen the
foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak
things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
28 And base things of the world,
and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not,
to bring to nought things that are:
29 That no flesh should glory in
his presence.
30 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom,
and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
31 That, according as it is
written, He that glorieth, let him glory
in the Lord.
We are made Perfect in Christ
Jesus. To God be Glorified in the fruit
of Christ Jesus in us!
Colossians 1:27-28 To whom God would make known what is the
riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles; which is Christ in you,
the hope of glory:
28 Whom we preach, warning every
man, and teaching every man in all wisdom; that we may present every man
perfect in Christ Jesus:
John 17:21-23
That they all may be one; as
thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that
the world may believe that thou hast sent me.
22 And the glory which thou
gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:
23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one;
and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as
thou hast loved me.
Amen.
