You Died But Not Left Dead

Because of sin and the law you died, but not left dead in Christ Jesus.

If Christ lives in you the body is dead because of sin, but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.

But if the Spirit of him that raised Jesus from the dead dwell in you, then He will quicken your mortal bodies so that you may walk as Jesus walked after He rose from the grave… in the Divine Nature that is without sin and death.

Jesus was and is the first fruit of the Spirit to walk in the earth without sin. He had gone before us, walking in the divine nature that was without corruption, so to pave the way for us to do the same.  Our propitiation…. the second man walking… to set the path for us to walk in the life that is more abundant (John 10:10).

Romans 8:9-11
v10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Now awakened in Christ Jesus …

Awakened by the Holy Spirit as He Quickens your mortal bodies.  By the renewing of your mind by the word of God that is Spirit and Life, you are circumcised in your heart and mind.  God’s transformation that frees you from the body of the sin of the flesh, and births forth the divine nature that is without sin.  Glory! Hallelujah!

Romans 6:6-8, 9-11, 12-14
v6 Knowing this, that our old man is crucified with him, that the body of sin might be destroyed, that henceforth we should not serve sin.
7 For he that is dead is freed from sin.
8 Now if we be dead with Christ, we believe that we shall also live with him:
9 Knowing that Christ being raised from the dead dieth no more; death hath no more dominion over him.
10 For in that he died, he died unto sin once: but in that he liveth, he liveth unto God.
11 Likewise reckon ye also yourselves to be dead indeed unto sin, but alive unto God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
12 Let not sin therefore reign in your mortal body, that ye should obey it in the lusts thereof.
13 Neither yield ye your members as instruments of unrighteousness unto sin: but yield yourselves unto God, as those that are alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness unto God.
14 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

You died, but now are made alive in Christ Jesus.  As the Holy Spirit opens your eyes of understanding of who Jesus Christ is, and you have an encounter … a revelation… a revealing of the Lord Jesus, and you behold Him who is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, then a change in your self takes place.  You can’t help but be changed when in the Lord’s presence.

2 Corinthians 3:16-18 Nevertheless when it shall turn to the Lord, the vail shall be taken away.
17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord.

The Holy Spirit makes this happen and that is why we have the Comforter living within our innerman.  This is the manifestation of the first of our inheritance of God in Christ Jesus (Ephesians 1:13-14).

Ephesians 1:13-14 In whom ye also trusted, after that ye heard the word of truth, the gospel of your salvation: in whom also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise,
14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory.

So continue to allow the Holy Spirit to raise you up out of the dead, and establish you in His life and kingdom.

Romans 8:9-11 But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his. 10 And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness. 11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Ephesians 2:5-6 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

Quickened us together with Christ
Raised us up together
Made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus
In the Ages to come …. that’s us now…. HE will show us the exceeding riches of his grace in HIS KINDNESS toward us THROUGH CHRIST JESUS.

Thank you Abba Father!

Amen.

God's Instruments

We are God’s Instruments.  He is playing His Song upon our heart strings.

He knows how to play His Song upon the strings of our hearts which please Him.

Play upon our hearts O’Lord and let the Sound of Life flow.

Grace abounds.

The Perfect One is Come

It's not about you being Perfect, but instead....about you submitting and yielding to Him that is perfect and allowing Him to make the change in you.

1 Corinthians 13:10 But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part shall be done away.

Romans 12:1-5 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
3 For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to everyman the measure of faith.
4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office:
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

Sure, you put off the old carnal nature but the Holy Spirit has to be the one to "cut it" off by the circumcision of the Word of God, so that you may be free indeed.

Colossians 2:11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ:....

Behold Him Jesus Christ, God's Word made flesh, and be changed as the Holy Spirit reveals to your soul who He is and what He did, and how all that He is benefits you and changes you...transforms you...makes all things new.

Hear Him, and be Raised up

John 5:24-25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that heareth my word, and believeth on him that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into condemnation: but is passed from death unto life.
25 Verily, verily, I say unto you, The hour is coming, and now is, when the dead shall hear the voice of the Son of God: and they that hear shall live.

John 10:27-30 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:
28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.
29 My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
30 I and my Father are one.

John 11:23-26 Jesus saith unto her, Thy brother shall rise again.
24 Martha saith unto him, I know that he shall rise again in the resurrection at the last day.
25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?

Hebrews 1:1-4 God, who at sundry times and in divers manners spake in time past unto the fathers by the prophets,
2 Hath in these last days spoken unto us by his Son, whom he hath appointed heir of all things, by whom also he made the worlds:
3 Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high:
4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

The Perfect One is come....and dwells in His body, who we are.

Amen.

Jesus Christ is the First Fruit

Come before the Lord God with your first fruits…. Jesus Christ.

Think about it…. what is the first fruit of the Spirit of God?  Jesus Christ is the first fruit of the Spirit.
1 Corinthians 15:23…Christ the firstfruits;…
Romans 8:23 And not only they, but ourselves also, which have the firstfruits of the Spirit, even we ourselves groan within ourselves, waiting for the adoption, to wit, the redemption of our body.

He is our Righteousness that we come to the Father with and in Him.  We are made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.

Romans 5:19 …so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.
2 Corinthians 5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Bringing our first fruits of harvest that we have produced is good, but the only true first fruit to present to God our Father is Jesus Christ, and us in Him as He is in us.

In Him we have Given God the Best.  An Eternal Living Forever First Fruit.

So rest and be obedient to our Father God, being lead of His Holy Spirit as He transforms us into His express image of His person…. the brightness of His glory… His Son Jesus Christ.

Romans 12:1-21 *1-2,5
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

Ephesians 5:8-10 For ye were sometimes darkness, but now are ye light in the Lord: walk as children of light:
9 (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)
10 Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.

We are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus, and the smell and taste of His First Fruit Christ Jesus God’s Son.

So let His Fruit flow…. Galatians 5:22-26

1 Corinthians 1:30-31 But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
31 That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.

Awesome and Humbling, humbling, GRACE ABOUNDS.  Thank you Abba Father Lord Jesus Holy Spirit.

Amen.
